the BACK TO THE GARDEN Programme is a 40 day container of deep healing. 

We focused on a chakra per week and there are 4-classes in each week. One is ideally an evening class on the Monday and the other 3 are best practiced in the mornings. Each class is an hour in length.

There are also 3 workshops to enjoy.
