Vibrate at Your Highest Frequency programme is an online experience where we focus on a chakra per week and there are 4-classes in each week. One is ideally an evening class on the Monday and the other 3 are best practiced in the mornings. Each class in an hour in length.

There are also 3 workshops, one at the beginning, one in the middle and one at the end.
