I’m so pleased to invite you to SHINE, a Summer Solstice Retreat where we gather to honour the light of the sun, the Earth and the ancestors that walk beside us.

As the sun stands still in the sky, we gather on sacred Menorcan land to honour the turning of the wheel — to bathe in the warmth of light and to remember the beauty of being alive.

SHINE is a 5-day immersion in Shamanic Kundalini Yoga, ceremony, healing, soul rest and— a retreat for renewal, joy, and connection.

This is a space to soften, to restore, and to remember that you are both made of light and forever held by it. This retreat offers a gentle yet powerful invitation to awaken your inner radiance and rest in belonging — with yourself, with the Earth and with the luminous line of those who came before us.

What to Expect:

• 2 Shamanic Kundalini Yoga sessions daily, held outdoors in nature surrounded by olive trees, birdsong, and open skies

• A daily workshop exploring ceremony, sound or energy medicine

• Fire and water ceremonies honouring the Solstice and our ancestors

• Ocean immersions and sunrise gatherings

• Nourishing plant-based meals and community connection

We will reside at the beautiful Poblado Corazon on the west side of the Island.

This sanctuary holds a rare beauty and stillness … a true retreat space and the home of all our teacher training foundation weekends and for the first time, we are opening it to welcome a retreat circle.

Here, practice unfolds under open skies — the earth beneath you, the breeze on your skin and the light dancing through it all.

The land itself is ancient — a place where the stones still hum with memory, where the ancestors are near, and where we remember our place in the great web of life.

This is the most accessible retreat offering from Soul Adventures — created so more of our community can experience this work in an intimate, supportive circle.
