We are honoured to have been awarded BEST WELLBEING RETREAT 2025 in the recent HEALTH AND WELLBEING AWARDS!

Thanks to everyone who joined me for retreats this year - it has been wondeerful to see so much healing unfolding.

Our 2026 retreat offerings begin in March in Jamaica for our VIBRATE AT YOUR HIGHEST FREQUENCY retreat at the fabulous Jakes in Treasure Beach in March 2026, followed in May by FOREVER HELD in Menorca and our final retreat of 2026 will be CALL OF THE WILD, a safari retreat in South Africa.

Registration is now open for the next SHAMANIC KUNDALINI 200hr YOGA TEACHER TRAINING which will begin in September 2026. This pioneering 200 hour training is accredited by the Yoga Alliance Professionals as is our 100 hr Advanced Teacher Training for already qualified yoga teachers which begins in June 2026.

And finally delighted to share details of our 7th annual live online programme which will be THE WINTER TEMPLE and will run from 12 Jan - 01 Feb … a brilliant way to start the year!
