11/11 Intentions and Blinded by your Grace
Top of the morning and sending huge love to you on this auspicious day of 11/11 ♥️♥️♥️
Waking up here in the Algarve on the Safe to Surrender retreat and really, REALLY feeling this POWERFUL PORTAL.
Intention is everything, so do take a moment to make your wishes, to consider your intentions and to move out into this day consciously, intentionally and in alignment.
Sooo gorgeous here on my final retreat for 2022 and we are 11 people and it's a beautiful gathering, going deep and the healing is flowing and I just feel so incredibly grateful to everyone who joins me in these Soul Adventures ... the energy we collectively create is POWERFUL and our intentions are STRONG .
I'm excited to open the doors today to my annual LIVE ONLINE PROGRAMME and for 2023 we will begin on 02 January with BLINDED BY YOUR GRACE.
This programme will be over 5 weeks, we will have 5 classes per week, working on the 5 elements, alongside a workshop in the middle and of course the weekly clinic.
It's the intention that is powerful here and this will be a powerful journey. It's a commitment, it's an epic way to begin the year and yes those intentions again ... they are indeed everything!
If you feel the calling to join me on this journey from the comfort of your own home, then please do! Classes are sent out each day so there is always the chance to keep up if you miss one and life gets in the way!

And in further news, I'm excited to let you know that I'm planning our first Soul Adventures retreat in the UK. It will be in Somerset at the very special 42 Acres (a dream coming true here!)

David Whyte, the poet, who I am a huge fan of, was sharing earlier this week how strong the invitation is for us not to lament! I mean there is a lot to lament about right?? But there is also a huge opportunity for us to remember that WE CHOOSE TO BE HERE NOW.
We are here for a reason and a purpose and as the polarities become soooooo incredibly strong in these times, let's keep reaching for the bright light, it is there, and let's tune in together with our intentions for the greatest good of all.
