New Moon and Samhain Blessings & Jamaica is Calling

Sending New Moon and Samhain blessings to you from Menorca.

I guess we could say it's all coming in hard and fast these days.
I hope you are managing to ride the tides of change.

It's helpful to remember that this too is a phase
And that there is a plan

I mean there must be a plan and these current situations that we find ourselves in were of our choosing on some / many levels.
Staying on the mat, for me, is the soothing balm I need to stay centred in these days.

So much free content on the website that I hope is helpful
And we have another 6 healing circles on Monday evenings before the end of the year.

These sessions are soo incredibly soft and healing and open to all.
These weeks now, between Samhain and the Winter Solstice, is the perfect time for these sessions, going deep within and connecting to the deep healing inside.

And so our 2024 retreats schedule is now complete and what an incredilbe ending it was last week in beautiful Mallorca with such an extraordinary group ... the work definitely is getting deeper in response to the times and it's has been such an honour for me to hold open these doors for deep healing for so many of you this year. Thanks to eveyone who joined me! 💕

2025 dates will be ready soon but for now I'm beyond excited to add a Vibrate At Your Highest Frequency Week in JAMAICA in November next year. This retreat has been a while coming as I just love Jamaica sooo much and Jakes on Treasure Beach is just so so soooo fabulous. We will practice looking out to to the Carribean Sea and barefoot we will raise our vibrations together.

In other news for my Irish gang, I wanted to let you know that I'm coming home to Kilkenny and will have a beautiful Winter Solstice Ceremony at the gorgeous Koru Wellness in the castle yard ... you can see full details and sign up below:

Exciting times here in the hills for me as we have our second Shamanic Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training module this weekend ... now we get to the real work at hand and honestly it feels like not a moment too soon before these wonderful women (yes! ALL WOMEN ... WHERE THE MEN AT BTW?!!) are out in the field teaching and sharing their magic.
