What a week it's been ... I honestly cant say I remember a time when the world felt quite so wild! Conor McGregor in the White House has been my biggest trigger this week I must confess. They say your triggers are your teachers, so I'm still wrangling with this one. The world just seems so incredibly divided, we can only keep on sending out the love and staying steady within it all.
In light of all that is playing out, it was refreshing to see that Shamanism is having such a resurgence and indeed I would suggest it's really a remembrance and for sure it gave me hope amongst all the media weaponisation to read and be part of this interesting piece in the Sunday Times magazine.

An exciting weekend is ahead for me with our future Shamanic Kundalini Yoga teachers and we are up to module 7 / 10 now. They have all been out in the field teaching and I'm really looking forward to spending a weekend with them all in the ethers.
Next years' Shamanic Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training is open for booking as is the 75-hour training which is open to all fully certified yoga teachers.

As ever I have been leaning into the wisdom of the astrologers this week and I understand that between now and the full Solar Eclipse on 29th of the month, that this is the wildest of months in the year.
