2026 Menorca Calling, Magic Rocks & Healing Circle on Monday

Hello dear,

It's a crisp morning here in Menorca, so yoga starts later but feels so blessed to be still able to practice outside these days and so I'm sending you my love from the crispy hills 💗

I hope you are doing well and managing to enjoy these potent pre-Solstice days despite all that is alive in the field ... 

Counting my blessings after a gorgeous 10 days in Jamaica! Oh man love it there so much ... 
Such a special island.  And I'm excited to be going back in March for VIBRATE AT YOUR HIGHEST FREQUENCY ... I literally can't imagine anywhere better for next years Vibrate programme. So we are back in March at the gorgeous Jakes in Treasure Beach. Jakes was sadly badly affected by hurricane Melissa so it feels doubly good to be able to go back and support them in March. There's a couple of rooms open if you feel the pull.

And on the 2026 planning tip, I am soooo excited to announce a new retreat programme FOREVER HELD at an incredibly fabulous new location here in magical Menorca. It has taken a moment to find the dream location here to be honest ... and then this gorgeous place kind of found me in a round about way. It's everything I have dreamed about ... incredible location, beautiful vibe, utterly menonquian with exquisite style and such a great energy.

I have personally been working with the theme of safety in these past years and this programme is really designed to HOLD and cultivate that very feeling, that feeling I know we are all wanting REALLY!

Forever Held will run 13 - 17 May, my favourite time on the island when the wildflowers are in full bloom and this unesco biosphere is truly breathtaking ..  you can see full details here and the retreat is open for booking.

Excited to have some Healing Circles between now and Christmas and we will be back in that gorgeous soft and kind space on next Monday for a weave of SKY, Breathwork and soul rest and everyone is welcome and it's free and it's well just soo lovely. I would love to see you there, especially in these pre-Christmas weeks, when really we want to be inward but the call of consumerism and hallmark seem to pull us in an entirely different direction!!

And finally, delighted to share details of the new SOUL MEDICINE ROCKS collection ... some incredibly powerful crystals here. At the risk of sounding super woowoo, I honestly believe that these crystals are the most potent medicine we can have around us in these times, to support us as we move through this era of huge change. I have been working with these rocks for a couple of months so they are all fully charged by the sun and the moon and ready to drop into all spaces and VIBRATE high frequencies of deep healing ... feel the vibes here ...
