I wanted to talk a little about THE SCHOOL OF SHAMANIC KUNDALINI YOGA & HEALING ARTS as we draw into the closing months of this years 200-hour training.
In times of great change, the call to deepen not just spiritually, but practically, ethically, somatically, becomes louder.
We are living in an era of accelerated transformation. Nervous systems are stretched. Old structures are dissolving. Many feel the quiet (or not so quiet) pull to step forward ... not just to heal themselves, but to become steadier space holders for others.
This is why The School of Shamanic Kundalini Yoga & Healing Arts exists.
The School was not created for easy times.
It was created for times like these.
Within the School there are two pathways of Teacher Training in Shamanic Kundalini Yoga — each rooted in ancient lineages, nervous system awareness, embodiment, and the grounded ethics required to truly hold space.
Alongside this, Living Medicine is rising.
Living Medicine is not simply a healing training.
It is a remembering.
A remembering of how to work with energy in a way that is shamanic, embodied, responsible and deeply relational. A remembering that healing is not something we “do” to another, but something we midwife with skill and reverence.
