I am delighted to invite you to join me for a week of deep transformation and healing and my first Soul Adventures Retreat in beautiful Sri Lanka.

During the Vibrate At Your Highest Frequency programme we take a journey through the chakras with a specific programme of Shamanic Kundalini Yoga alongside Breathwork, Yoga Nidra, Sound and Deep Healing.

We delve into the process of clearing energetic blocks, opening each energy centre and bringing the chakras back into alignment.

I have been presenting this programme since 2013 and can only say it is a truly transformational experience which connects us back to ourselves, our true selves, back to the real essence and that is where our highest frequency resides.

When our chakras are open and balanced we then begin to vibrate at higher frequencies, we begin to feel WELL, vital, energised, glowing, flowing, calm and quite simply happy. 

This programme affects a deep softening and transformation.

The food offering is aligned for this programme so each meal is created to also focus on the energetics of the food in relation to the chakra – you can taste this pure alchemy in each and every meal. 

I absolutely love working with the food as medicine in this way for these Vibrate weeks and the combination of all this focus brings the spirit UP, we become lighter and brighter and we become so incredibly energised by the end.

There is a caveat and that is that this can be a strong journey, this programme does affect deep healing and sometimes we have to REALLY step up to meet ourselves, sometimes its messy and emotional but in my experience healing and the journey to healing is not always paved with rose petals, sometimes its tough to clear and release but its ALWAYS worth it.

We reside at the exceptionally beautiful Meda Gedara Villa, a beach front hideaway that has been described by the travel industry's most discerning experts as "the most beautiful villa in Sri Lanka”.

Meda Gedara is right on the beach and is a haven of calm sophistication, each step unveiling more original artworks, antique furniture and breathtaking views down through the tropical, landscaped gardens and over the split level pools to the turquoise ocean beyond.

As we practice from the ocean facing yoga deck we will surely feel so well held by the nature here.

As always we work in an intimate group to really facilitate going deep. All in all, a trip into another type of reality and of course, these weeks are holidays so there is always a lot of laughter, love and support and it is such a blessing to see everyone leaving happy each and every time.
