I hope you are well.

I'm making my way to the UK to host and teach at The Dreamweaver Garden at Camp Bestival.

Can't tell you how much I'm looking forward to being in a field with some of our incredible SKY teachers and all our wonderful offerings.

Maaaan it's a tough time out here in the world huh!? Just seems like we are at such a critical time for kindness doesn't it. And we are ALL FEELING IT. It's a wild ride and we simply must keep the kindness flowing because everyone, is under pressure it seems. How anyone is navigating these days without a practice is really beyond me ... personally as ever its' MORE YOGA but even then it's heartbreaking in parts to see how dehumanised we have become.

And I guess we need to remember this is what we choose; to come here for an experience and we must keep the net of light and love alive ....
