At times deeply polarised and weaponised — in our systems, our conversations and even in our bodies and nervous systems.

Safe to say many of us are feeling it ...

It’s in response to this moment that I’m so happy to share that throughout February, The SKY Circle, our collective of Shamanic Kundalini Yoga teachers will be offering 4 LIVE ONLINE CLASSES EVERY WEEK FOR THE 4 WEEKS OF FEBRUARY - COMPLETELY FREE!

This is a gift!
A gathering.
A conscious pause.
A way to practice together across borders and lands.

The SKY CIRCLE is a collective of Shamanic Kundalini Teachers and for the whole month of February, you’re invited to join live Shamanic Kundalini Yoga classes guided by some of the teachers from the collective and inviting you to join us for classes beaming out from the UK, Ireland, Los Angeles and the Balearics.

These classes will be helpful, supportive, powerful and the medicine we need for these times.

Each week will include a rich mix of 60 minute classes shared with pure love from our hearts to yours.

Why this matters (and a personal share)
As a teacher and as someone with a strong, committed personal practice, I know this to be true:

Practising with a teacher matters.
Being held in a shared field matters.
Even (and especially) when we know the practices well.

There is something profoundly regulating, nourishing and remembering about allowing ourselves to be guided, witnessed and supported, rather than always holding ourselves up alone.

This offering was also born from that knowing and from the understanding that consistency, community and embodied practice are not luxuries, they are medicine for these days.

These classes are open to all — whether you’re new to this work or have been walking this path for years.
