How are you doing?
It’s hard not to feel how intense things are right now.
So many of us are carrying a low-level tension — in our bodies, our hearts, our nervous systems — as the world feels increasingly fast, polarised and uncertain.
In times like these, the need for spaces of steadiness, listening and genuine care becomes more important than ever ... not to escape what’s happening but to meet it with more presence and more grounding.
It’s from this place that I want to share something that has been quietly forming for a long time.
Over the past 14 years, I’ve been training and mentoring healers, mostly through one-to-one work and small, intimate groups. Much of this work has lived behind the scenes, rooted in relationship, trust and deep transmission rather than visibility.
In response to the times we are living in and the growing need for practitioners who can hold deeper, steadier and more embodied healing spaces, I’m now opening this work more fully.
Living Medicine: Shamanic Energy Healing Training
is the Healing Arts pathway within
The School of Shamanic Kundalini Yoga & Healing Arts.
Living Medicine weaves together the integrity of the Usui Reiki lineage with the depth and responsiveness of Shamanic Energy Healing — an Earth-based, relational way of working with energy as alive, intelligent and guided by listening rather than fixed protocol.
This is not about learning techniques alone.
It is about learning how to hold space, clear what does not belong, work in right relationship with spirit and land and support the natural movement of life-force back toward balance and wholeness.
At its heart, this is a Shamanic Practitioner training offered over three levels.
Level 1, however, stands complete in itself — offering everything needed to be out in the field facilitating deep healing work, through a weave of Reiki and Shamanic Energy Healing.
Levels 2 and 3 are optional and deepen into the core foundations of shamanic healing, including extraction medicine and soul retrieval.
I’m so very excited to open the doors to the Healing Arts pathway within the School, and we begin here in Menorca, close to the Summer Solstice, with an immersive in-person training.
This initial training supports practitioners to facilitate both hands-on and hands-off healing, rooted in ancestral connection and a powerful lineage of healing.
LIVING MEDICINE
Shamanic Energy Healing Practitioner – Level 1
18–22 June | In person | Menorca
Level 1 (Shamanic Energy Healing Practitioner + Reiki 1 & 2) is open to all and also welcomes those already attuned to Reiki Level 1 & 2 as a refresher and deepening within a shamanic framework.
Level 2 (Reiki Master + Advanced Shamanic Practice) is planned for early 2027 and the waitlist for this training is also open now

This feels like a very natural next step and a deepening of what has always been at the heart of this work.
