For me, they’ve never been separate...

Both are ancient technologies of awakening. Both remember that healing doesn’t happen through the mind alone, but through the body, the breath, the earth and spirit. Both invite us into direct relationship with ourselves, with nature, with the unseen and with the wisdom that has always lived within us.

At The School of Shamanic Kundalini Yoga & Healing Arts, we don’t simply teach techniques. We guide people into becoming practitioners who can hold space with integrity, presence and deep reverence for this work.
