We are here on day 4 of our first Living Medicine training! It’s so wonderful to share this Shamanic energy healing magic with such a beautiful group.
Sending you so much love on this mid-summers morning, the day of the most light and may that light be a balm for your soul. I hope you have the time to really take a moment to honour this turning of the year as we all consider our intentions moving forward around the wheel of the year and enjoy the vibrancy of this moment. It’s a big one!!
This very day 20 years ago on the Summer Solstice in 2006, I had run around the whole of London to borrow rugs and cushions to transform the gorgeous art studio at 55 Max in Queens Park into a space where 50 of my closest friends and family could come and lie down and listen to Soul Adventures Volume 1 ... and that was the beginning of Soul Adventures!!
I had gone to India in 2005 and recorded all the live sounds of the sunrise, I had infused them with Reiki as they were being recorded and I came back to London and worked with the inimitable Sweetie Irie on production to create this beautiful sound scape for healing.
20 years later, it’s still the only music that accompanies my healing treatments and it seems such a full circle moment to be sharing it with this beautiful group here as they learn the art of healing with it too NOW.
So much has happened in that 20 years, it’s really remarkable to be honest! I’m so delighted YOU are part of these Soul Adventures ... thank you for joining me on this journey.
