Each morning for the 7 days we will have a powerful 75 minute Shamanic Kundalini Yoga practice with breathwork to support your body, energy, and nervous system.  Classes are at 7am GMT / 8am CET

All classes are recorded for people who need to follow along at a different time and also recordings are available for a year so you can return to the programme long after the 7 days are complete
