Sending love and Bealtaine blessings to you from the motherland.
This is my favourite day of the year! The day of so much hope, the day our ancestors went out to light the fires of fertility to celebrate the return of the light.
Bealtaine is that sacred threshold... halfway between the Spring Equinox and the Summer Solstice.
The fires lit by our ancestors weren’t just ritual… they were prayer in motion - for life to rise again through the body, the land, the soul.
However you mark it today, gently, wildly, ceremonially - it’s a beautiful moment to ask: What in me is ready to bloom?
And indeed we have so much blooming here in Co. Kilkenny today with the graduation of another 17 Shamanic Kundalini Yoga Teachers. Congratulations to everyone in the fabulous cohort, who have been in this process since the Autumn Equinox and what fine teachers they have all become. A day to celebrate that’s for sure!
Presenting 2 of the 3 in-person modules, here in Ireland, is of course so special to me. These lands - so rich for this work!
The next round of Teacher Training starts again in September at the Autumn Equinox in Menorca. This is literally a life changing experience and it’s open for registration, as is our 100-hour Advanced Training, for fully qualified yoga teachers, which begins in June in Menorca also.
In May, we will have a final month of free offerings from the SKY Circle before the summer. 2 classes per week, on Sunday and Mondays, other than when I am in there myself presenting STEADY WITHIN, a live online 7-day reset.
