I’m delighted to share this gorgeous, soul rest recording with you for our third Liminal Love Nidra offering.
I recorded the sounds in Jamaica during the winter.

And I’m also delighted to share the dates for a return to the utterly divine Jakes at Treasure Beach for another retreat in 2027.
The Elemental Self will happen 6-12 March next year and I have called it that, because honestly, I haven’t ever had a more elemental journey anywhere ever before.
The warm winds on that gorgeous deck over the Caribbean sea is EVERYTHING and Jakes is just an exceptional haven of natural beauty and well what can I say, I LOVE Jamaica and its wild, open, heart-expanding energy.
