Day 3 of our Forever Held retreat here with just such a special group.

It has taken a moment to find the dream venue but I’m soo pleased to say it feels like Soul Adventures now has the most gorgeous new location here!

I’m delighted

We have a couple of spaces open for October, which is when the next offering here is.

So just a quick note to let you know that on Monday morning we begin STEADY WITHIN, a 7-day reset, live online with classes every morning. 

I´ve been thinking a lot in these days about just how strong this quantum jump that we are collectively involved in actually is ... REALLY! 

And all I know, is this practice is the thing that supports me the most, that’s for sure and so I would love to invite you to join me in this short journey to become steadier within.
